APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF ANNA ACRES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request .for the approval
of a final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway
known as Anna Acres, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS,-.the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the .recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does. hereby approve of the final plat of a '' proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known as Anna Acres.
