AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM JOE LOVE
RECYCLING FUND TO THE MUSKEGO LAKE RECLAMATION
CHARITABLE TRUST
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in
cooperation with the Little Lake Association, has created
the Joe Love Recycling Fund, and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund is to aid in the rehabilitation
and restoration of lakes in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Little Muskego Lake
Association has requested that $1,000.00 be transferred
from the Joe Love Recycling Fund-to the Muskego Lake
Reclamation Charitable Trust, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Comptroller to transfer $1,000.00 from the Joe -Love -Re-
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the City Clerk
cycling Fund to .the Muskego Lakes Reclamation Charitable
Trust .
