AUTHORIZING UPGRADING OF STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM
ON S.T.H. 24 IN TESS CORNERS AREA
WHEREAS, a review by the Wisconsin Electric Power Company has
indicated that street 1ighting.on S.T.H. 24 in the Tess
Comers area needs improvement, and
WHEREAS, they have advised that at a cost of $198.44 per
month the present 13 fixutres would be upgrades and relocated
and an additional nine new:fixutres would be provided, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Electric Company be authorized to provide the new lighting
on S.T.H.. 24 from Durham Drive east to Poe's Place,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
provide 22 fixtures, 13 of which will -be up raded and .relocated
does hereby authorize Wisconsin Electric Power Company to
and nine of which will be new at a cost of 8 198.44 per month.
