APPROVAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR WAUER GRAVEL
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a request for
Lydia and Carl Wauer for the purpose of mining and
the renewal of Conditional Use Grant 820 presently held by
processing sand and gravel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has held the necessary
public hearing and has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the request involves a 9.874 acre parcel which
is part of the original 58 acres previously approved for
the mining and.processing of sand and -gravel, and
WHEREAS,. the area involved is included in the-agreement
executed between the City of Muskego, the Wauers and
Waste Management, Inc. and will eventually be part of
the landfill operation,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby-approve the request for the
mining and processing of sand and gravel by Lydia and
renewal of Conditional Use Grant 1/20 for the purpose of
Carl Wauer.
