SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
REZONING REQUEST

WHEREAS a petition has been received from Arthur Zangerle,
S84 W20938 Janesville Road, requesting to have his property
located in the S.E. 114 of Section 18, be rezoned from R-1
and R-2 to 1-2 and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3.07 of the
city's municipal code it is necessary to hold a public
hearing on any proposed rezoning in the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date for
the rezoning request of A. Zangerle to rezone his property
in the SE 114 of Section 18 from R-1 and R-2 to 1-2 for
September 11, 1979 at 7:15 P.M.
