RE-APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES
ADDITION NO. 1
WHEREAS, on February 13, 1979, the Common Council adopted
Resolution #22-79, entitled, "Approval of Final Plat of Lake
Brittany Estates Addition No. l", and
WHEREAS, the submittal of the final plat has been delayed
beyond the legal limits as prescribed by State Statutes and
the city's Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-approve the final plat of
Lake Brittany Estates Addition No. 1,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Xuskego does hereby re-approve the final plat of Lake
Brittany Estates Addition No. 1 which was originally approved
on February 13, 1979.
