APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a reques
Herbert Albrecht to install a holding tank at S103
Loomis Drive, in the City of Kuskego and,

W14207 .
WHEREAS, a permit from the State Board of Health is
Waukesha County Board ,of Health and further that a deposit
dependent upon approval from the City of Muskego and the
of $1,000 has been made with the rules and regulations of
the State Board of Health, and .
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Healgh Boa+d'.has approved of
the installation of said holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Cooncil of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the installation -.
of a holding tank by Herbert Albrecht on the property
located at 5103 W14207 Loomis Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and'City Clerk are
authorized to execute the standard performance bond and
holding tank agreement in connection,herewith.
