APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Scholbe)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Harold Scholbe property located on North Shore Drive in
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a one parcel division of the Harold Scholbe property
on North Shore Drive in Section 32, and recommends approval
to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for .each
parcel created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in
lieu of park dedication.
