GRANTING EASEMENT TO DEVELOPERS OF
MARLAN MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the developers of Marlan Meadows Subdivision
located in the SE?; of Section 4 dedicated approximately
eight acres of land to the city for a park, and
WHEREAS the dedicated land included an access to the
park from East Drive of approximately 80 feet, and
WHEREAS, the developers have requested from the Parks
and Recreation Board that they be permitted to construct
a well house in the right-of-way which they had dedicated
to the city and which leads to the park, and
WHEREAS, the Park Board is of the opinion that the request
would not adversely affect access to the park and have
therefore recomended to the Common Council that their
request be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recomendation of the Parks and
Recreation Board, does hereby agree to permit the engineers
for the developers of Marlan Meadows to prepare a
necessary for a well house on property owned by the City
description which would be sufficient to provide the land
of Muskego between lots 12 and 13 in Marlan Meadows Sub- division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the easement subject to the approval
of the city attorney.
