RESOLUTION.FOR ASSESSOR'S PLAT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego desires that all plats of subdi-
visions located in the City of Muskego conform to the requirements
imposed by Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 236, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the plat for the subdivision known
as "THE RIDGES" was recorded without the required review and ap-
proval by the relevant State and County agencies, and
suant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 236.31(2) by the recording of
WHEREAS, it appears that such an error can be corrected pur-
an assessor's plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Assessor to do the fol-
lowing: prepare an assessor's plat for THE RIDGES subdivision; have
such assessor's plat reviewed and approved by relevant State and
County agencies; and have such assessor's plat recorded.
