APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(As Amended)
(Steskal - Industrial Park)

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a 1.619 acre division of the
parcel indicated as Lot 13, Block 3 in the City's Industrial
Park for Julius and Eva Steskal, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has accepted the Offer to
Purchase from the Steskals to purchase this parcel, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
division of the parcel indicated as Lot 13, Block 3
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
map of a division of property known as Lot 13, Block 3 in
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the certified survey
the City's Industrial Park for Julius and Eva Steskal.
