APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Ferguson/Thielke)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Ferguson/Thielke property located on Gold Drive in Section
5, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recomendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map for a one parcel division of the Ferguson/Thielke -
property on Gold Drive in Section 5, and recommends approval
to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for this
parcel shall be submitted t3 the City of Muskego in lieu
of park dedication.
