APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(As Amended)
(Ferguson/Thielke)
e WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Ferguson/Thielke property located on Gold Drive in
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan
map for a one parcel division of the Ferguson/Thielke
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
DroDertv on Gold Drive in Section 5. and recommends e IL approvai to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to

the approval of the city engineer. __ -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for this
parcel shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu
of park dedication.
