APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT TOWN OF NORWAY
SOUTH WIND OAKS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
as South Wind Oaks Addition.
preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway known
WHEREAS, it is located within the three-mile limit of the
City of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra territorial
powers of the city, and

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reconnnended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known as
South Wind Oaks Addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
