RESOLUTION 1,140-79
ACCEPTANCE OF STATE GRANT
(Denoon Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a State Grant
Wisconsin Statutes, and N.R 125, Wisconsin Administrative
Offer for sanitary sewer extensions under Section 144.21,
Code, in the amount of $126,736.00, and
WHEREAS, it is required that the Common Council accept
the grant and authorize the Mayor to execute the necessary
documents,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the State Grant Offer
in the amount of $126,736.00 for Sewer Projects #MSS-1-77
and MSS-2.-77 in the Lake Denoon area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
execute the necessary documents in the name of the
city.
