APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(Lake Meadows Add. 81)

WHEREAS, a final plat for a 13-lot subdivision known
as Lake Meadows Addition 111 prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus has been submitted to the Common Council for
approval, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the
Common Council that the final plat be approved, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has approved the
plan as it relates to being served by public sewers,
and
WHEREAS, the final plat substantially conforms to the
approved preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
City Plan Commission, does hereby approve of the final
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
plat of Lake Meadows Addition #1 Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to favorable reports from all objecting and approving
agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject
to the understanding that a $200.00 fee per lot shall
be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu of park
dedication. A
