DECLARING A TOTAL BUILDING MORATORIUM
IN THE NORTHWEST SEWER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee hzs reconmended that
a total building moratorium be adopted in the Northwest
Sewer District, and
WHEREAS, that recommendation is subject to the following
except ions :
1 Sixty nine (69) lots in the previously approved
Marlan Meadows Subdivision and thirty one (31)
lots in the Guernsey Meadows Add. #l Subdivision,
2. Lots which have been sold in the city's Industrial
3. All buildings that were granted Building Permits
Park,
prior to the adoption of the resolution,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon
hereby establish a building moratorium in the Northwest
the recomendation of che Public Sewer Committee, does

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the moratorium is subject to
the following exceptions:
