AUTHORIZING PUBLIC SEWER COMMITTEE TO HAVE
SEWAGE TESTS CONDUCTED BY AN OUTSIDE TESTING
LABORATORY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been advised that they
will be required to do additional testing at their
sewage treatment facilities, and
WHEREAS, the city does not have the manpower nor the
equipment to handle the new requirements, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that the
city have the required testing done by an outside testing
laboratory,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Committee, does hereby authorke the Sewer Committee
testing requirements established by the DNR by having
to take whatever steps are necessary to meet the new
them done by an outside testing laboratory..
