APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
OAKS OF NORWAY ADDN. #1
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for the
Oaks of Norway Subdivision Addition #l, and
final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway known as
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the final lat of a proposed subdivision
known as Oaks of Norway Addition f 11 located in the Town of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
