AUTHORIZING PARTIAL PAYMENT OF OFFICE
EXPENSES TO CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has requested partial reimbursement for office expense relating to his work as City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the Common Council has
recommended that the City Attorney be paid $2,000.00 for
said expense,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, e addition to his regular salary, $2,000.00 to offset a portion
does hereby authorize the Clerk to pay the City Attorney, in
of his office expenses incurred during the year of 1978.
