PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE SPRAYING OF WEEDS
OEi CITY-OWNED RIGHTS-OF-WAY
WHEPSAS. the citizens of the Little Muskego Lake P1,otection
and Rehsbilitation District, at their last annual meeting
near the shoreline on a vciluntary basis, and
held in September, 1978, authorized the spraying of weeds
WHERE.AS, the City of Muskego owns several rights-of-way
on Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, the homeowners adjacent to those rights-of-way
have paid for spraying weecs ar!d algae adjacent to their
property, and
k’HEFEAS, the FinaEce Committee has recommended that the

THEF:EFC:RE, BE IT RESOL.VED that the Common Council of the
City cf Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby agree to the spraying of weeds in
front of the propercy owned by the city on Little Muskego
Lake.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is Euthorized to
notify the L.ittle Muskegc Lake Association President of
the city‘s inter-t to participate in tke spraying program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is authorized to transfer
the necessary funds from Account #58300-3212, Contingency,
expenditure when billed. to Account #56000-3212, Weed Cutting and make the necessary
