APPROVAL OF VARIOUS LICENSE APPLICATICNS
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 FOR THE LICENSING
PERIOC JULY 1, 1979 TO JUNE 3'3, 1980
WHEREAS, the Ci.ty of Muskego has received applications
for the various licenses requiring renewal as of July 1,
1979 which applications are attached and Eade a part
of this resclut-ion by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recomnended to the
Common Council approval of said applicants,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
Finance Committee, does hereby approve the applications

ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF
LAND IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/
INDUSTRIAL PARK
(Steskal)
&AS, the Common Council had previous accepted an Offer
Pdrchase from .Julius .and Eva Steskal for Lot 14 in the
borings, and '1s BusinesslIndustrial Park subject to results of
REAS, as a result of the soil borings the Steskals
sd not to purchase Lot 14, and
JAS, the city has now received an Offer to Purchase for 13 from Julius and Eva Steskal in the amount of

qAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
AFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conunon Council of the
