REJECTION OF BID FOR MECHANICAL PORTION OF
WELL SYSTEM TO SERVE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, bids for the well system in the City of Muskego's
Engineers Ruekert & Mielke and whereby it is their opinion
Industrial Park have been reviewed by the City's Consulting
that that portion of the bids involving the mechanical
system is excessively high, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended rejection of that portion
of the bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby re'ect the low bid of J. F. Ahern
Company in the amount of 4 57,490.00.
