ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR 1979 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for the
1979 Road Improvement Program, and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid
per ton and the low bid of Prime and Seal Inc., in the amount of $.600
of Payne and Dolan for Bituminous Concrete in the amount of $15.35
per gallon for liquid asphalts, $.550 per gallon for asphalt emulsions,
and $5.40 Per Ton for Pea Gravel.
