THE SEWER EASEMENT CROSSING ST. LEONARD'S PROPERTY
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A WALKWAY OVER
WHEREAS, the City presently has a sewer easement crossing
the St. Leonard's Church property, and,
WHEREAS, that easement must now be crossed by a walkway
connecting the new church with the school building, and
WHEREAS, St. Leonard's Church has requested permission
of the City to do so,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City does hereby
