APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT MWN OF NORWAY
(Melvin J. Johnson Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway known
as Melvin J. Johnson Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is located within the three-mile limit of the City
of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra territorial
powers of the city, and
WHERWS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Comission,
does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of a proposed
subdivision in the Town of Norway known as Melvin J. Johnson
Subdivision
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies
