ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF
LAND IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/
INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the city has received an offer to purchase Lot 14
Block 3, in the city's industrial park from Julius and Eva
Steskal in the amount of $41,600.00 (2 6 acres), and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been.recomended by
the city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the Offer to Purchase
Block 3, in the amount of.$41,600.00 (2.6 acres), from
for a parcel of land in the city's industrial park (Lot 14,
Julius and Eva Steskal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEG that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the recessary documents in the name of the city.
