DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA
COUNTY, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 94.20 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskega, pursuant to Section 94.20 of the Wisconsin Statutes,
declares that the following weeds be termed noxious weeds
within the boundaries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin:
Canada Thistle
Perennial Sow Thistle
Bull Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
Wild Mustard
Poison Ivy
Wild Radish
Yellow Rocket
White Cockle
Ragweed
English Charlock
Goatbeard
Indian Mustard
