I ESTABLISHING POLICY REGARDING CETA EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has hired and will probably
continue to hire employees under the CETA Program, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a policy regarding
these employees, and
WHEREAS, all CETA employees have been hired as temporary
trainees (limited term employees) and the decision to keep
by the Common Council following the completion of their training
that position which they are filling as fulltime is made
period, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary the Common Council determine what
benefits the CETA temporary employees are entitled to,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby determine that all CETA positions
are temporary trainees (limited term employees).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the decision as to whether or not said
position becomes fulltime shall be determined by the Common
Council after completion of the CETA contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all fulltime CETA employees shall
receive all benefits provided regular fulltime employees with
the exception of the Retirement Program.
