RESCmLUTION AUTHORIZING: THE ,RE-ADVERTISING OF
BIDS FOR CULVERT INSTALLATIONS IN
THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, on March 13, 1979, the Ccmmon Council authorized
the advertising of bids for the installation of culverts
in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, only one bid was received and that bid did not
meet the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the -bid received be rejected and the City Clerk be
authorized to re-advertise the bidding,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby reject the bid received from Wraalstad
ications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
to re-advertise for bids for the installation of driveway
culverts in the City of Muskego as provided for in
Ordinance #275.
