DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
been petitioned for legal status for Lot 5 and the south
half of Lot 4, Block 12, in the Muskego Shores Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial of
the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Plan Commission, does hereby deny the request of C. Youssi
for legal status for Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4
Block 12 in the Muskego Shores Subdivision.
