APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been prepared for the
adMielke, for a parcel of land owned by the city and is
City of Muskego by the city's Engineering Firm, Ruekert
being purchased ty Donald Schroeder, and
WEREAS, said property is located between the right-of-
way of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and S.T.H.
, 24 in the NE% of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEFEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified sur~vey'
map €or a parcel of land owned by the city and being
~xrchzsed by Donald Schroeder located betveen the right-of
way of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and S T H 24
in the FEk of Section 17. -
