APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS, the final plet of Lake Meadows Subdivision has
been approved by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the approval was subject to the acceptance by
the Public Works Cocmittee of the plans fc,r the drainage
channe.1 or, the west side of the subdivision, the receipt
of the financial guarantee to assure completion of all
improvements and approval by the the Comon Ccuncil of the
developer's agreement, and
WHEREAS, the developer's agreement has beer: approved by

the City Attcrney, the city's planner and the Zoning
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that tt.e Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the developer's
agreerGent for Lake Meadows Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tt.e Mayor and Clerk are
name of the city.
