DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINAKCE TO
AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that a parcel cf land owned by Donald
00s to 1-1, and Schroeder in the NE% of Secticn 17 be rezoned from RS-2
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Ccuncil of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
of the City of Muskego by rezo1:ing the following described
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map
property from RS-2 00s to 1-1:
