AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL
(James Van Skyhock)
WHEREAS, a request has been 1;eceived from Mr,. James Van Sky-
hawk, owner of a lot on School Drive, to be refunded for
one of the sewer laterals that had been installed to serve
his property, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee kas recommended that the
sewer .lateral charge in the amount of $240.00 be refunded
to Mr. Van Skyhawk,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recomnendztion of the Finance
Cormnittee, does hereby approve of the refunding of a sewer
lateral charge in the amount cf $240.00 to Mr. James Van
Skyhawk since the use of that lot would not be permitted
for building purposes under the city's zoning ordinance
