GRANTING PLAN COMMISSION EXTENSION OF TIME
TO CONSIDER REZONING REQUEST BY H. BRODEL
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a petition from
Laura and Hellie Brodel requesting rezoning of their
property in Section 31 from R-1 to A, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has delayed action on their
recommendation on the proposed rezoning until after the
public hearing before the Common Council on March 27,
1979, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3 06(2)(D)2
of the City's Zoning Ordinance the Plan Commission shall
report its recommendation to the Comon Council within 30
days unless a longer period is stipulated by the Common
Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby extend the period of time to
the Plan Commission to make its recommendation on the
proposed rezoning petition submitted by Laura and Hellie
Brodel to April 17, 1979. n
