RESOLUTION FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION AIDS
(Bluhm Park)
(AS AMENDED)
and improving lands as described in the application for public
outdoor recreation purposes, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is interested in developing
WHEREAS, financial aid is required to carry out the project,
THEREFORE. BE T.T RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego has
budgeted $40,146.00 which is available to develop, and
HEREBY AUTHORIZES Fred Baewer, Director of Parks and t Recreation Department to act on behalf of the City of Muskego to:
Natural Resources, for such financial aid as may be available.
Submit application to the State of Wisconsin, Department of
Sign Documents.
Take necessary action to undertake, direct and complete
the approved project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Muskego will comply
with state and federal rules for the programs; may perform force
account work; will maintain the completed project in an attractive,
inviting and safe manner; will keep the facilities open to the
general public during reasonable hours consistent with the type of
Natural Resources approval in writing before any change is made in
facility; and will obtain from the State of Wisconsin Department of
the use of the project site.
