DENIAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HOLIDAY PARK
WHEREAS, a revised final plat of a proposed subdivision
known as Haliday Park has been submitted to the city, and
WHEREAS; on March 20, 1979, the Plan Commission adopted
Resolution P.C. 1\31-79 recommending to the Common Council that I.
the final plat'be denied because sanitary sewers are not available
to serve the proposed subdivision.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby deny the final plat of a proposed subdivision known as
Holiday Park because sanitary sewers are not available to serve
the proposed subdivision.
