APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS FOR
RICHARD WITTBROT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a request to grant legal status for a 1.6 acre parcel of land
owned by Richard Wittbrot at S103 W19367 Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
said request subject to the cnndition that owner combines Lots
1 and 2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the request of Richard Wittbrot
for legal status for a 1.6 acre parcel of land located at
S103 W19367 Kelsey Drive,' subject. to the condition that lots 1 -
and 2 are combined.
