CCR1979054RESOLUTION #54-79 a DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY (Wiesner) WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. James Wiesner have petitioned the Janesville Road from RS-2 to B-2 to permit the remodeling Common Council'to rezone their property at S78 W18755 of the existing barn for the purpose of establishing a restoration and resale shop for antiques, and WHEREAS, it has bc:en recornended by the City Plan Commission that this request be 2enied and the property be rezoned from RS-2 to RS-2 with an 00s Overlay, and WHEREAS, the required public hearing has been held, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan James Wie,rner to rezone certain lands owned by them at Commission,does hereby deny the request of Mr. and Mrs. 578 W18755 Janesville Road from RS-2 to B-2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby authorize the City Attorney to draft the necessary implementing ordinance which would rezone the property in question from RS-2 to RS-2 with an 00s Overlay.
