AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENT

WHEREAS, the City Assessor has advised the City Clerk that
Kurth on Property Tax Key $12165.989, and
an error was made in the 1978 assessment of Mr. Henry
WHEREAS, the error resulted in an over assessment of
real estate taxes in the amount of $421.95,
$14,550.00 which further resulted in an overpayment of
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize a refund in the amount
of $421.95 to Mr. Henry Kurth to cover overpayment of
real estate taxes as a result of an error in his assessment
