APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
The Meadows
WHEREAS, the final plat, dated January 5, 1979, has been submitted

by Stanley J. Potrykus, Land Surveyor, for The Meadows (former
WHEREAS, the planned unit development consists of 206 lots and is
located in the NE+ of Section 31 and has received the approval of
the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Land Division Ordinance provides that
it is the Council's responsibility to see that all engineering
for roads, sewage disposal facilities, storm water drainage, water
supply facilities, etc. have met the requirements of the city, and
WHEREAS, all engineering has been approved by the city's consulting
method by which the drainage channel on the west side of the sub-
engineers and the Public Works Committee with the exception of the
division will be protected, and
WHEREAS, a developer's agreement has been received but has not
been approved by the Common Council,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the final plat of The Meadows Planned
Unit Development, submitted by Stanley J. Potrykus, Land Surveyor,
and does authorize the Clerk and Mayor to execute the document.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this final approval is subject to
acceptance by the Public Works Committee of the plans for the
drainage channel on the west side of the subdivision, the receipt
of the financial guarantee to assure completion of all improvements
and approval by the Common Council of the developer's agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the approval
of all approving and objecting agencies.
