APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WOODLAND ESTATES
(Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
known as Woodland Estates
of a final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
WHEREAS, it is within the three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the final plat of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon known as Woodland
Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
favorable reports and recornendations from all objecting
and approving agencies.
