SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING

RS-2 (00s) to 1-1
WHEREAS, a triangular parcel of land lying between the right-of-
way of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company and Janesville Road
in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 and NW 1/4 of Section 16 has been
purchased by Mr. Donald Schroeder from the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Schroeder proposes to construct on this parcel a
building for retail sales and light manufacturing which is not
permitted under the existing zoning, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 17, Section 3 07 of the City’s
Municipal Code it is necessary to hold a public hearing on any
proposed rezoning in the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the property in
question be rezoned from RS-2 (00s) to 1-1.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
of a triangular parcel of land lying between the right-of-way of
Muskego does hereby set the public hearing date for the rezoning
of Section 17 and the NW 1/4 of Section 16 from RS-2 (00s) to 1-1
the Wisconsin Electric Pow.er Company and S.T.H. 24 in the NE 1/4
for April 10, 1979 at 7 15 P.M
