GPANTINC TWO MONTH EXTENSION FOR RENTAL
OF FORMER POLICE BUILDING

WHEREAS, On June 13, 197e, the Ccmon Council authorized a lease agreement between the City of Muskego and Betty
and Ed Buck for the rental of the former police bui-lding
on Janesville Road, and
WHEEAS, said lease expired on February 17, 1979, however,
construction was slowed down considerably due to the
severe winter months, and
WHEREAS, the Bucks anticipate moving into their new hone
by April 17, 1979, and they have requested a two-month
extension to their rental agreement with the city, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the request
for a two-month extension be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Couunon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommenrlation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant a two-month extension to the
Betty Buck for rental of the former police building on
lease agreement between the City of Muskego and Ed and
Janesville Road
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVE;, that said agreement'will expire on
May 1, 1979
