APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Denoon View)
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for a proposed six lot subdivision
in the SWk and NWk of Section 32 has been submitted for Mr.
William Retzlaff, known as Denoon View, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Couunission has recommended approval of the
preliminary plat for the proposed subdivision,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the preliminary plat for
a proposed six lot subdivision known as Denoon View located
in the SWk and NWk of Section 32, submitted for Mr. William
Retzlaff, subject to a more favorable dedication for the
intersection at East Shore and North Shore Drives
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of all objecting and approving agencies
