APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKE WAUBEESEE ESTATES
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as Lake Waubeesee Estates, and
WHE.REAS, it is located within the three-mile limit of
the City of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-
territorial powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the
.Common Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED t.hat the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve of the preliminary plat
of a proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known
as Lake Waubeesee Estates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
