APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF HARBOR POINT
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval
known as Harbor Point, and
of a final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Norway
WHEREAS, it is within the t.hree mile limit of the City of Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Comission has recommended to the Comon
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recornendation of the City, Plan
Comission, does hereby approve of the final plat of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Norway known as Harbor Point.
