APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
REINHOLD & MILDRED BAEHRING
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to
the Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of
the Peinho1.d and Mildred Baehring property located on
Tess Comers Drive in the SEk of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Comission has recommended
approval of the proposed division, ~
THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
map to finalize a one parcel division of the Reinhold
Comission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
and Mildred Baehring property located on Tess Comers
Drive in the SEt of Section 2
BE IT FURTHEF. RESOLVED that said approval is subject
to the approval of the City's engineers.
