CCR1979038RESOLUTION #38-79
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF EXCESS FEDERAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of
1949 as amended, makes certain federal personal property available
for distribution to public agencies for public use, and
WHEREAS, per Wisconsin Statutes 16.54, the benefits of this
public law have been accepted by the Wisconsin Legislators for
its political subdivision and its citizens, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be advantageous to the welfare
Program, now therefore be it;
safety, and health of the community to participate in the State
RESOLVED'by the Comon Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, That-it hereby elects to participate in the
Properties, and be it further,
D Wisconsin Plan of Operations for the Distribution of Federal
RESOLVED that the following persons and/or title (s) are authorized
to act as agents for and in behalf of the Park and Recreation
from the Wisconsin Federal Property Program, to obligate any
necessary funds for this purpose and to execute the Wisconsin
Department of Administration Warehouse Order and Invoice Documents
including terms, conditions, reservations, and restrictions that
the Department of Administration or General Services Administration
may establish on the use and disposal of the property.
